Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)

I have had Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and I have found it to be very helpful. Rather than me explain how it works, I am just going to share a link where you can read more about it.
You can find the information here at NHS Choices.

  1. I’ve been having this discussion on here lately. I’ve recently had CBT and whilst I was apprehensive at first I found it really helpful! Love this post and I look forward to reading your future posts!

    1. Hi and thank you for taking the time to drop by and leaving a commment and also for following. I am following you back.

I have had CBT a few times with a mixture of other counselling and they have all been very helpful. But like you, when I had CBT and counselling from last year to beginning of this year, that I have talked about in earlier in my blog, I felt aprehensive too a few times. This was because of the flashbacks I started having, but I knew I had to face it head on and I knew in time, it would get easier, which it did.

      I certainly recommend CBT.
