I have had Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and I have found it to be very helpful. Rather than me explain how it works, I am just going to share a link where you can read more about it.

      I have had CBT a few times with a mixture of other counselling and they have all been very helpful. But like you, when I had CBT and counselling from last year to beginning of this year, that I have talked about in earlier in my blog, I felt aprehensive too a few times. This was because of the flashbacks I started having, but I knew I had to face it head on and I knew in time, it would get easier, which it did.

      I certainly recommend CBT.
