I have a Policies and Disclaimer page on my blog for a reason. It covers me, but it also helps you as a reader and if you are a blogger yourself, it is advisable to have one, if you don’t have one already.
I know there are people who do read this page looking at my stats, but there are also a very small amount of people that don’t follow the “policies/disclaimer” page, or don’t read it. So this is why I have now copied this page and added it to this post. But because this page can change, it is your responsibility to keep up with the original page, which you can find here, or at the top of my page, labelled, “Policies/Disclaimer.”
Although I have personal experiences in mental health and expanding on my knowledge, please do not seek advice from me by emailing me, instead, speak to an appropriate qualified person for the query you have. I also have a “Helpful Links” page, where there some useful links.
Also, I cannot give advice via email on other people’s blogs or video reviews, etc… Blogging is a learning curve for everyone and even I have had to teach myself on this platform, as well as other previous blogs platforms I have used. This may sound harsh, but I write my blog for free, so I can only devote so much time due to other commitments.
My email is on the side of the blog for only one reason and that is for queries regarding this blog.
Thank you for taking note of this post and for reading this post. I do hope you continue reading the rest below and keep yourself up to date from time to time, by checking my original page, in case it has changed.
