Blog post re-share: 7 Telltale Signs Of A Desperate Blogger — Renard’s World

I am re-sharing this blog post which I am so happy Renard has written. There are many things mentioned in this post that is also a bug bear to me, because I find it happens in my blog too.
I have mentioned in the past some of these things on my blog, that I will not allow and I will be raising something again in a chit-chat post later this month. But until then, I share this post, because I could not say it any better than it has already been said in this blog post. Do pop on over and have a read.

Seven telltale signs of a desperate blogger are highlighted.

  1. Such a great blog post @Renard! I read the whole thing. I totally agree with adding links to the end of every comment. So many bloggers do this and I’m finding more and more bloggers doing this. At one point, I even considered doing it but decided against it.

  2. Liz, thankyou for directing us to this post. I have read and responded to it. There are a number of points that I needed to make so my response might seem a bit long. The points are really good ones, but I have hughlighted some things, and some feasons that may be occasionally behind these behaviours. Hope you are having a goid weekend Liz. Xx

    1. Even though tired and drained, I am going on a walk about after my cooked breakfast.
Finished my last morning cleaning shift there, nearly half an hour ago. I am sad, but glad. I have no energy for another day at this one. Xx

      1. Oh Liz. I am really sorry that that job did not work out. I hope that your walk revives you a bit. I know walking used to revive me. I hope that soon life can become less stressful for you. I admire you so much. My sister has similar problems to yours, but a bit different. She lives with my mum, but my mum is HORRIBLE to her, and wears her out. But she still goes out to work, cleaning. It is so horrible for her. I know it is really tiring. Enjoy your walk Liz. M i think about you often xxxx

      2. They have tried to get me to stay; both where I clean for and my employer, but I am not. I don’t have the energy for another day. I am going to appreciate this week in not doing anything. Mum said she would help money-wise, with realising how difficult it has been and seeing me how exhausted I was with the morning one. Mum wanted me to quit, when I carried on another week. But just can’t do it no more.
There is something else possibly in the pipeline. I will do it whether temporary, or permanent. I should hear in another week, or two, all being well. My walk was to time myself there today, so I knew what it took to walk there, when time comes.
Other walks are just to be familiar in other areas of my town and a walk on the nature reserve.
Now, I need to walk to the shops. Shall rest when back and debate whether I shall go after again, or not.

I have heard there has been flooding in a part of Lincolnshire. I hope you have not been affected. Xx

      3. Ooh, no I haven’t heard about the flooding Liz. I will look it up now. We are ok because we are on a bit of a hill. I love rain, because I can feel it, but not when it is that bad. Liz, I really hope that things work out for you soon, and for your mum too. It’s hard. Have as nice a day as you can ❤️

      4. It’s in and around Wainfleet, the flood. I seen it on the news while having my cooked breakfast, at the place I did clean for, until my last day today.

    1. I agree you are only slightly guilty, because by skim reading, I would hope you still picked something up from the post?

  3. Liz, thank you so much for re-sharing this post by Renard. My biggest pet peeve is the “Bullet Liker” The person who doesn’t read anything but presses like regardless. I’d rather they didn’t read nor follow if they are just going to press like without reading the content.
    Thanks again!

    1. Same as me as I have mentioned. I rather they not bother at all.
I was happy to share Renard’s post. As you know, I have had some issues about this myself and mentioned it on more than one occasion in posts and a chit-chat post to come.
